Employment Law This Week (Episode 102: Week of January 29, 2018) has released bonus footage of its interview with Adam C. Solander, a Member of the Firm at Epstein Becker Green.

As Mr. Solander discusses, the Department of Labor (DOL) has proposed an expansion of health insurance options for employers. Groups could be formed on the basis of geography or industry. The proposal is available for public comment until March 6, 2018.
