Bradley Merrill Thompson, a Member of the Firm in the Health Care and Life Sciences practice, in the firm’s Washington, DC, office, was quoted in Pharma & MedTech Business Intelligence’s The Gray Sheet, in “Clinical Trials, Combo Products Among FDA Commish Nominee Califf’s Priorities.”

Following is an excerpt:

Bradley Thompson, general counsel with the industry Combination Products Coalition and attorney with Epstein Becker & Green P.C., says Califf is a good choice and will be able command the respect of the rank-and-file, as other agency officials hold him in high regard.

"Califf is both generally familiar with FDA and its important mission, but also enough of an outsider to bring a fresh perspective," Thompson told "The Gray Sheet." "In my experience with him over the last six months, he's also more interested in medical devices and combination products than prior commissioners have been."
