Adam Solander Quoted in “ACA Automatic Enrollment Mandate Repealed”

Adam C. Solander, a Member of the Firm in the Health Care and Life Sciences practice, in the firm’s Washington, DC, office, was quoted by NJBiz, in “ACA Automatic Enrollment Mandate Repealed,” by Anjalee Khemlani.

Following is an excerpt:

The repealing of automatic enrollment for larger employers was not a monumental change to the Affordable Care Act, since little had been done to enforce it or ensure its enforcement by 2017, but the little-noticed provision helped passed a bi-partisan budget deal which was signed by the President Monday.

“It was mercifully put out of its misery,” said Adam Solander, an expert on ACA and attorney with Epstein, Becker and Green, based in its Washington D.C. office, of the repealed provision.
