Employee Benefit Plan Review May 2017

Maxine Neuhauser, a Member of the Firm in the Employment, Labor & Workforce Management practice, in the firm’s Newark office, authored an article in Employee Benefit Plan Review, titled “For Wage-and-Hour Changes and Enforcement, Look Locally.”
