JILLIAN DE CHAVEZ-LAU is an Associate in the Employment, Labor & Workforce Management and Litigation & Business Disputes practices, in the New York office of Epstein Becker Green.

Ms. de Chavez-Lau:

  • Assists in the representation of clients in labor and employment-related litigation, arbitration, and mediation involving breach-of-contract disputes, discrimination and retaliation claims, and other matters
  • Regularly appears in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies
  • Advises employers on various facets of the employment relationship, including workplace policies and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

Before joining Epstein Becker Green, Ms. de Chavez-Lau was a litigation attorney at an international law firm.

While attending law school, Ms. de Chavez-Lau served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Cheryl E. Chambers of the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Second Department.
