Chicago, IL (January 6, 2011) — National law firm Epstein Becker Green is pleased to announce that Zach Jackson has joined the Firm's National Labor and Employment practice as a Member of the Firm in the Chicago office.

Jackson, formerly with McGuireWoods, concentrates his practice on litigating trade secret, non-compete, non-solicitation, and other restrictive covenant matters across the country.

"This addition to our National Labor and Employment practice in our Chicago office reflects our continued careful focus on our core practices. We are pleased to have Zach as part of our team," said Doug Hastings, Chair of the Board of Directors.

Peter Steinmeyer, a Member of the Firm in the Labor and Employment practice in the Chicago office, said "Zach adds to the depth of our employment litigation team in Chicago, especially in the area of trade secrets and non-competes. We are delighted to have him."

"I was attracted to EBG because of its strong national platform in the labor and employment field, particularly, because of its depth of talent in the area of trade secret and restrictive covenant litigation," said Jackson.

Jackson also represents management in a broad range of employment related matters. He has experience litigating cases involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, employee benefits, and employment contract claims in courts and administrative agencies across the country. Jackson earned his J.D. from the Washington University in St. Louis, Mo.

Epstein Becker Green also recently added William Gyves and Robert Travisano to its Litigation practice in the Newark and New York offices, Terrence B. Robinson to its Labor and Employment practice in the Houston office, and Amy Hatcher to the Labor and Employment practice in the Newark office.
