Amanda L. Schneider, Chief Marketing Officer, in the firm’s Washington, DC, office, authored an article in the American Association of Legal Administrator’s Marketing Administrator Advantage, titled, “Virtual Evolution: How To Market To Clients.”
Following is an excerpt:
The foundation of pre-pandemic business development was built on interactions such as in-person client meetings, conference attendance, speaking engagements, and in-person social gatherings. Overnight, these types of interactions came to a screeching halt. Even after vaccines are available, for the vast majority of the public, we will see more remote gatherings as a way to minimize travel and create efficiencies. Given this reality, law firms must train their lawyers to thrive in this environment to create new client relationships and expand existing ones.
