Leading with Clarity and Compassion

With the accelerating pace of business and technology that facilitates a 24/7, always-on lifestyle, we can benefit by learning new ways to focus, connect, and thrive in the modern workplace.

To learn how, the Women’s Initiative of Epstein Becker Green hosted an evening reception and workshop with Laurie Cameron, noted author and Mindfulness expert.

With teachings based on neuroscience, Ms. Cameron discussed the importance of Mindfulness training and how it can help us become high performing, compassionate, and grounded—even during high-stress situations and challenging times. Guests had the opportunity to practice these techniques and strategies during the event, and meet Ms. Cameron after the workshop.

Registration for this event has now ended. If you have any questions, please contact Janey Junker at (202) 861-1852 or jjunker@ebglaw.com
