What if you could hit a “pause” button on your day, step back, and meet your challenges with a renewed sense of space and a clear focus?

The Women's Initiative of Epstein Becker Green presents an evening with Janice Marturano, Founder and Executive Director of the Institute for Mindful Leadership and a former practicing attorney and corporate executive.

Janice will discuss the exploration of mindfulness, the practice of being more present in the moment. In addition to providing us with an introduction to mindful leadership, Janice will lead us in some sample exercises that we can practice to enhance focus, clarity, and creativity—both inside and outside the office.
