Robert O’Hara, Member of the Firm, will co-present the panel “Technology in the Workplace: Social Media, Privacy, Online Job Searching/Recruiting and Artificial Intelligence” at the 22nd Annual NYU Employment Law Workshop for Federal Judges. The objective of the panel is to consider issues attending use of technology by employers in making employment decisions such as use of social media, privacy, online recruiting, and use of data analytics and artificial intelligence in employment decisions.
