Board member Kent Hirozawa’s term expired Saturday, and, as was expected, the labor board kicked things into overdrive, churning out a number of decisions before he left. By the end of the week, the board had published decisions in over 20 cases.
And when the dust settled, it ended up being a good week for the labor side.
“Every case that was decided was the way the labor movement wanted it to be decided,” said Steven Swirsky of Epstein Becker Green. “That would be my definition of a good week.”
