A senior policy adviser to Rep. Steny Hoyer has left her job at Congress to return to Epstein Becker Green, where she started her legal career as a clerk a decade ago, the firm said Monday.
Rachel Snyder Good has joined Epstein Becker as a strategic counsel, after spending over nine years in a number of roles in Congress, according to her LinkedIn profile. Her most recent role was senior policy adviser to Hoyer during his tenure as House majority leader.
Among her work on legislative efforts in the House, Good was lead adviser on the Americans with Disabilities Act and was Hoyer’s lead adviser on related health care policy.
Good will join the firm’s health care and life sciences practice and help counsel clients on strategy, regulatory and compliance issues, the firm said. She’ll also work with employers to improve accessibility through compliance with the ADA, the firm said. …
