In this roundtable discussion, Susan and others focus a global lens on new rules, trends, and employer responses to a post-pandemic future for the workforce. The panel examines challenges on tackling employee engagement in the post-pandemic world, and the subsequent impact on workplace tension and behavioral issues that are contributing to the “great resignation.” The panel also explores the evolving landscape for unvaccinated employees relating to workplace access, restrictions on global mobility, sick pay benefits, and absence management scores.
