Employment Law This Week® (Episode 107: Week of March 5, 2018) has released a special preview of its upcoming episode. In this interview, Nathaniel Glasser, a Member of the Firm at Epstein Becker Green, discusses Zarda v. Altitude Express, a case in which the Second Circuit overturned their own long-standing precedent and ruled that Title VII of the Civil Rights Act prohibits sexual orientation discrimination. The court ruled in favor of a skydiving instructor who claimed he was fired for telling a client he was gay.
