2019 and 2020 EEO-1 Reporting Due in July

Beginning at the end of April 2021 and closing in July 2021, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) will collect EEO-1 data on the gender and race/ethnicity makeup of the workforce for 2019 and 2020. Pay data is not being collected. Additional details, such as guidelines and accessing the online filing, will be available at the EEOC’s website, https://eeocdata.org/.
