Epstein Becker Green Adds M&A Attorney

Law firm Epstein Becker Green has announced the addition of attorney Wes Scott as a member in the Nashville office.

Scott previously led the Nashville mergers and acquisitions practice at Nelson Mullins. His practice includes transactions in the health care services, health care technology, medical device and business services industries. Scott has also served as outside general counsel to various companies.

“EBG is committed to bolstering its capabilities to serve health care and life sciences clients throughout the country, and Wes is an important part of that strategy in Nashville,” George Breen, chair of the firm’s national health care and life sciences steering committee, said in a release.

EBG in 2023 announced the addition of members Jeb Gerth, Ryan Cochran and Heath Edwards in Nashville.
