Richard Hughes, a health lawyer at Epstein, Becker and Green, told Inside Health Policy it would not take long for the administration to remove, nominate and confirm ACIP members if it intends to. Postponing the meeting gives Kennedy time to evaluate his options and set an agenda for vaccine recommendations moving forward, Hughes said.
