Epstein Becker Green congratulates Dale Van Demark on his being selected for Nightingale's Healthcare News' 2009 list of Outstanding Hospital Lawyers. Van Demark was among only ten lawyers from throughout the country who were chosen for inclusion on the list.

Van Demark is a Member of the Firm in the Health Care and Life Sciences and Business Law Practices in the Firm's Washington, DC office. He serves as the Vice Chair, Strategic Activities of the Business Law and Governance Section of the American Health Lawyers Association and speaks and writes regularly on health law issues.

Van Demark's practice focuses on tax exempt health system M&A and affiliation transactions. Nightingale's noted that he has served during the past year as lead counsel in such transactions with an aggregate value exceeding $1 billion.
