New York, NY (April 17, 2018) – Epstein Becker Green (EBG) has released a new version of its popular Wage & Hour Guide for Employers app, available without charge for iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.

In addition to providing summaries of federal and state wage and hour laws and regulations, the new version of the app includes updates to minimum wage and tipped employee rates.

First released in February 2012—among the first legal reference apps of its kind—the app has continued to evolve and has served as a mobile reference tool for thousands of users around the world. Rather than search through a variety of resources to find the applicable law, users can follow this easy-to-navigate app to find the answers to many of their questions, including citations to statutes, regulations, and guidelines.

“We unveiled the original version of the app in 2012, and, over the past six years, the feedback we have received from those using the app has been tremendous,” said Michael Kun, Co-Chair of EBG’s national Wage and Hour group and one of the app’s designers. “As employers, human resource professionals, and in-house counsel grapple with changing wage and hour laws and regulations, we are pleased to continue to offer this useful mobile resource, allowing users to quickly access important information and answer questions in minutes.”

  • Quick access to, and a direct feed of, EBG’s award-winning Wage and Hour Defense Blog, which provides up-to-date commentary on wage and hour developments

  • Quick links to EBG’s attorneys and practices—and more!
