Washington, DC (December 21, 2018) – Epstein Becker Green’s Board of Directors is pleased to announce that James Flynn has been named the firm’s next Managing Director, effective January 1, 2019. Mr. Flynn has been serving as the firm’s General Counsel for six years. The firm’s current Managing Director, Carmine Iannaccone, who has been serving in that capacity for five years and has been with the firm for nearly 20 years, will be returning his focus to client work.

In addition, the firm has created an Office of General Counsel with Members of the Firm Patricia Wagner and Chris Farella sharing the role of General Counsel.

Mark Lutes continues to serve as Chair of the firm’s Board of Directors and Steven Di Fiore continues as the Chief Operating Officer. Mark, Jim, Steven, Patricia, and Chris have management responsibility for the firm’s operations subject to the oversight of the firm’s Board of Directors.
