Employment attorneys say they have fielded questions from employers — particularly those in Southern states and those doing business in Latin America — who are unsure what is expected of them under the law or what the best workplace practices might be.
“We’ve gotten a little more guidance out there for employers from the [Centers for Disease Control and Prevention], and now [the Occupational Safety and Health Administration] has chimed in, but it still can be very difficult to navigate through this,” said Denise Dadika, a member of Epstein Becker Green.
