In a lawsuit filed days before the inauguration of President Trump, Oracle America, Inc. was hit with a multi-pronged discrimination lawsuit by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), the Department of Labor office that oversees federal contracts. ... The OFCCP is also seeking to cancel Oracle’s federal contracts and debar it from future contracts until it remedies the alleged problems. “Simply put,” write Epstein, Becker Green attorneys in this National Law Review article, “there are millions of dollars at stake.”
