Lisa Gora, Member of the Firm, co-presents “Psychedelics: Law, Legislation, and Litigation in 2023” hosted by the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA).

Join Lisa and others for a panel discussion covering the rapidly accelerating legal, legislative and litigation developments related to America’s emerging psychedelics industry.

There will be overviews of the federal legal status of psychedelics, the various processes by which U.S. states and municipalities are enacting and implementing psychedelics laws, current psychedelics laws from across the country, pending psychedelics legislation introduced in New Jersey and New York, the similarities and differences between the evolutions of New Jersey’s cannabis and psychedelics industries, ramifications for mental health treatment in New Jersey and beyond, and leading industry litigations (particularly AIMS v. DEA, currently pending before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals).
