Joshua A. Stein, Member of the Firm, will join the panel discussion, “Individuals with Disabilities: Engagement at All Levels of the Game,” at the Major League Baseball 2015 Sports Diversity and Inclusion Symposium, to be held September 29 to 30, 2015, at Citi Field.

Mr. Stein will share how the legal environment has evolved over the past 25 years since the passage of the Americans with Disabilities Act to address barriers to access – whether they are physical, technological, or policy-based – for fans attending sporting events. He will also speak to the challenges and opportunities facing our industry as we look to the future of accessibility.

Paralympian Danelle Umstead and former Major League Baseball players Jim Eisenreich and Jim Abbott will also speak, sharing stories of how the world of sports have shaped their lives and positively impacted the lives of so many others.
