Michael S. Kun, a Member of the Firm in the Labor and Employment practice in EBG’s Los Angeles office, wrote a guest column for EmploymentLaw360 titled, “Using Demonstrative Evidence in Employment Trials.”
The column, which appeared on May 8, discusses the most effective presentation of evidence to jurors, noting that studies have concluded that jurors retain as little as 10% to 20% of content that is presented orally, while retaining as much as 65% to 80% of information presented visually or through a combination of oral and visual components.
