New York, NY (April 24, 2012) — Michael Kun, a labor and employment attorney with Epstein Becker Green, has just published his latest novel, Everybody Says Hello. The comic novel, which was released on April 16, 2012 by literary publisher Livingston Press, follows forty-something computer salesman Sid Straw as he moves from Baltimore to Los Angeles to start a new job and a new life. Told entirely through Straw's correspondence, the book tells the story of a man whose life could be wonderful if he could just get out of his own way.

The book is available at bookstores everywhere, as well as online at Barnes & Noble and Amazon.

Everybody Says Hello is Mr. Kun's eighth book and his first novel since You Poor Monster, which was a Pulitzer Prize nominee, a Barnes and Noble Discover Great New Writers selection, a Borders Original Voices selection, and Baltimore magazine's selection as the best novel of 2006. His fiction has appeared in a wide variety of publications for more than two decades. Mr. Kun also writes about the National Football League for The Washington Post's website.

In his legal practice, Mr. Kun is the national Co-Chair of the Epstein Becker Green's Wage and Hour practice group, as well as the national Co-Chair for the firm's Hospitality Employment and Labor Law Outreach practice group (HELLO). In addition to defending employers against discrimination, harassment and related employment claims, Mr. Kun has also represented employers in more than four dozen class action lawsuits in such diverse industries as hospitality, health care, logistics, housing, and staffing services.
