Michael C. Foster and Timothy (Tim) C. McHale, Associates in the Health Care & Life Sciences practice, in the firm’s Newark office, were featured in the New Jersey Law Journal, in the “Associates Class of 2021,” by David Gialanella and Juliette Gillespie. (Access the digital edition here.)

Following is an excerpt:

Firstly, we extend our apologies to the new associates of 2020 and the firms who hired them. Amid COVD-19, there was no 2020 yearbook. Though, as always, we did highlight and feature these new associates in our regular On the Move column, and took note of their impressive achievements. We see you, and we honor you, Class of 2020! We hope you are thriving in your (not so) new positions.

Now we turn to welcoming the new associates hired in 2021. Whether fresh out of law school or a judicial clerkship, or after a brave move from one firm or organization to another, this transition represents a meaningful new start for all.

These attorneys emerge into a legal world that is still unsettled due to the global pandemic—hybrid work schedules, remote meetings, virtual court proceedings—adding extra layers of difficulty to developing and navigating one’s career.

The over 200 associates listed here come from organizations both very large and very small, and span a wide range of practice areas. They represent the diverse and impressive legal talent present in New Jersey.

We look forward to following their careers, and you will certainly be reading about their accomplishments in the Law Journal. …
