Washington, DC (March 6, 2023)Epstein Becker Green (EBG) is pleased to announce that Mark Lutes, Chair of EBG’s Board of Directors and Member of the Firm in the Health Care & Life Sciences practice, has been elected the Chair of Network for Excellence in Health Innovation's (NEHI’s) Board of Directors. His three-year term began March 1, 2023, and will continue through February 28, 2026.

NEHI is a national nonprofit organization that brings together stakeholders from across the health care industry to advance innovations in health care delivery and improve patient outcomes. As Chair of the Board of Directors, Mr. Lutes will help guide the board’s support of NEHI's efforts to foster collaboration among health care leaders, drive policy reforms, and promote new technologies and care delivery models that can enhance the quality and value of health care.

"NEHI has long been an essential conduit connecting the most prestigious health care institutions and esteemed stakeholders in the name of advancing innovation and improving care,” Mr. Lutes said. Mr. Lutes will serve alongside board members from a range of backgrounds in senior advisory and C-suite roles at Fortune 500 health care companies and major health systems.

In his role as Chair of EBG's Board of Directors, Mr. Lutes has been a leader in the firm's Health Care & Life Sciences practice for many years. He advises clients on a wide range of regulatory and transactional matters impacting payors, providers, and suppliers.
