Following is an excerpt:

Mandelman told Law360 on Thursday that Epstein Becker presented the perfect platform for him to service his clients and expand and develop his practice.

"I was particularly attracted to [Epstein Becker]’s ability to cost-effectively deliver to clients top-shelf knowledge in a wide variety of areas that support my counseling practice, and to do so with a national footprint that allows me to seamlessly provide advice and counsel on state and local laws," Mandelman said. "I was also taken with the collegial and cooperative atmosphere among the lawyers here at [Epstein Becker]. Everyone here has been so welcoming and supportive, which has made my transition from a long-standing position—20 years—very easy."
