Epstein Becker Green has bolstered its Chicago office by adding a former Barnes & Thornburg LLP employee benefits attorney with experience handling litigation and helping clients navigate the thicket of benefits regulations, the firm said Wednesday.
Lee T. Polk, who spent the last 10 years at Barnes & Thornburg, started work at Epstein Becker Green on Wednesday. Before Barnes & Thornburg, where he was a partner, Polk was a shareholder at Ogletree Deakins Nash Smoak & Stewart PC, which absorbed Murphy Smith & Polk, a labor and employment firm established when Polk and two other partners split off from Vedder Price.
