Lauren Sullivan, a former vice president of health care law at Dermira Inc., has joined the firm as a member of its health care and life science practice in Stamford, Connecticut.
Sullivan will guide pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies on how to launch, advertise and get market access for their products and advise them on how to navigate regulations and antitrust compliance matters, the firm said.
Prior to joining Epstein Becker Green, Sullivan was vice president of health care law at Dermira in San Francisco, associate general counsel at Medivation and senior corporate counsel at Genentech. Before that, she served in various roles at Boehringer Ingelheim.
Sullivan earned her law degree from Widener University.
“Lauren has vast in-house experience and understands the nuanced legal and operational challenges that bio-pharma companies face.” Mark Lutes, chair of the firm’s board of directors, said in a statement. “Lauren will marshal our FDA, clinical trial, compliance, and reimbursement resources and knowledge to address bio-pharma commercialization needs.”
