Following is an excerpt:

Epstein Becker Green has picked up a seasoned trial attorney from Dinsmore & Shohl LLP to bolster its employment, labor and workforce management practice who said he hopes to help employers create and maintain inclusive workplaces in the new role. …

Wilson said he wanted to join the firm because of its strong reputation in the legal industry, and to continue his trial work, through which he said he aims to ensure that employees are able to perform for his clients in affirming and supporting environments.

"I assist my clients in creating and maintaining inclusive workspaces," Wilson said. "Which I think facilitates their ultimate goals of living out their core principles and values and reaching the business goals that they set."

While Wilson also has experience advising clients on employment-related issues, conducting workplace trainings and conducting internal investigations on internal claims of misconduct, he said he expects to spend most of his time representing his clients in the courtroom in his new role at Epstein Becker.

Epstein Becker also described Wilson as a champion for diversity in announcing his arrival. He was a 2020 fellow for the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity, which works to help mentor and connect attorneys of diverse backgrounds with law firms in an effort to further diversify the legal industry.
