New York, NY (April 18, 2011) — The national law firm of Epstein Becker Green today announced that John F. Fullerton III has joined as a Member of the Firm in the National Labor and Employment Practice in the New York office.
Fullerton, previously with Sullivan & Cromwell, focuses his practice on litigation, arbitration and mediation of discrimination, wage and hour, restrictive covenant/non-compete and wrongful termination claims; labor relations and collective bargaining; and corporate transactional advice on labor and employment issues. He has represented, counseled and litigated on behalf of employers in state and federal court and before administrative agencies such as the National Labor Relations Board, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the New York State Department of Labor. He has substantial experience in the financial, real estate, and building service industries.
