He represents private and public companies in employment disputes involving the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Federal Employers’ Liability Act and wage and hour laws, among others.
