Epstein Becker Green (EBG) is saddened by the passing of William “Bill” Oldaker on June 13, 2021. Bill was a former member of EBG in the early 1980s and a very good and continuing friend of the firm as the founding partner of the law firm Oldaker & Willison—EBG’s partner in National Health Advisors.
Bill held several high-level positions in the federal government in his early years that set the stage for him to be a wonderful advisor to his clients. For example, he was Assistant to the Chair of the new U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in 1968-1975. He was the general counsel in the new Federal Election Commission in 1976-1979. He also was outside counsel for election law matters to numerous members of Congress.
Bill maintained good relationships with many at EBG over the years that ultimately led to the creation of National Health Advisors, where we and our clients always have benefited from Bill’s political and legal insights. We are profoundly grateful for the opportunity to have known and worked with him for many years. Our hearts go out to Bill’s family.
