The Medicaid Drug Rebate Program (MDRP) Summit, created and developed by the Institute for International Research, has been at the forefront of policy changes and operational compliance, bringing a unique mix of contracting and pricing specialists together with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Department of Justice (DOJ), and Office of Inspector General (OIG) leadership. No other event provides participants with face-to-face access to: CMS representatives who will clarify your most pressing operational rebate compliance and policy questions; DOJ officials who will describe lessons learned from current Medicaid fraud litigations; National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS) staff who will detail the Average Manufacturer Price (AMP) and Average Wholesale Price (AWP) litigation; and Department of Defense representatives who will share the new TriCare pricing schedule.
