George B. Breen, Jason Christ, and Serra Schlanger, attorneys based in the firm's Washington, DC, office, will speak at the HCCA's 20th Annual Compliance Institute, which runs from April 17 to 20, 2016.

Mr. Breen, Chair of the firm's National Health Care and Life Sciences Practice Steering Committee, co-presents a breakout session on April 17 at 9:00 am, titled “Value Based Payments and Compliance: Responding to the Government’s Focus on Quality of Care and Medical Necessity."

Mr. Breen also co-presents a breakout session at 1:30 pm, “Don’t Gamble with Your DMEPOS Business: Compliance Tips and Tactics to Help Beat the Dealer."

Mr. Christ, Member of the Firm, and Ms. Schlanger, Senior Associate, co-present a breakout session on April 18 at 11:00 am, titled “Top Five Hospice Risk Areas: What You Need to Know and Do Now."
