Stuart Gerson, a Member of the Firm in the Litigation and Health Care & Life Sciences Practices in the Washington, DC and New York offices, was interviewed by National Public Radio on the delay in confirmation of Obama's judicial nominees.
In the broadcast, "Obama's Judicial Nominees Stalled In Senate," it was stated that six months into President Obama's term, members of the administration and Congress are blaming each other because not enough judges and other appointees have been confirmed.
One reason, said Gerson, is that the White House has only nominated 10 federal judges. "If there were morenominees from the White House, probably, it would be easier."
