2021 Law 360 Editorial Board

Law360 Editorial Advisory Boards meet annually to provide feedback on the publication’s coverage and offer professional insight on how best to shape future reporting throughout the year. With these selections, EBG will be well-positioned to share insights spanning key industry segments at Law360.

Mr. Breen is Chair of the firm’s national Health Care & Life Sciences Steering Committee, in EBG’s Washington, DC, office. He represents health care systems, manufacturers, and suppliers in government investigations; defends cases brought under False Claims Act and other state and federal fraud and abuse laws; and counsels clients on reimbursement and compliance issues.

Mr. DeCamp is a Member of the firm in the Employment, Labor & Workforce Management practice, in EBG’s Washington, DC, office. He is Co-Chair of the firm’s national Wage and Hour practice group. A former Administrator of the U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division, Mr. DeCamp has more than two decades of experience representing employers and trade associations in the most complex and challenging wage and hour litigations, government investigations, and counseling matters.

Mr. Flynn, the firm’s Managing Director, is also a Member of the Litigation & Business Disputes and Employment, Labor & Workforce Management practices, in EBG’s Newark office. He focuses on civil litigation and corporate counseling, including trial and appellate work in the area of intellectual property, complex commercial matters, and employment law. As Managing Director, Mr. Flynn has played an instrumental role in the development and enhancement of the firm’s mission, vision, and values.

Ms. Jampol is a Member of the firm in the Health Care & Life Sciences and Litigation & Business Disputes practices, in EBG’s New York and Newark offices. A former federal and state prosecutor, Ms. Jampol represents health care organizations—including health care systems, physician group practices, pharmacies, clinical laboratories, and other health care providers—and their officers and directors, in a variety of enforcement matters at both the state and federal levels.
