The Food and Drug Law Institute's conference brings together the regulated industries and the regulators who focus on a variety of advertising and promotion issues concerning prescription drugs, medical devices, biological products and animal drugs. The conference will include updates from the four FDA medical products centers. Attendees will gain insight into some of the practical issues facing the regulated industry, such as DTC Advertising and the Draft Guidance on Presenting Risk Information, the use of social marketing/electronic media, and on OIG/DOJ settlements update. Discussion will also include the latest information on initiatives and trends. During the interactive concurrent breakout sessions for drugs/biologics, medical devices and veterinary medicine, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in active and lively discussions and hands-on applications.
