Jeffrey Landes, Member of the Firm, will copresent "What to Expect When an Employee Is Expecting: A Panel Discussion on Federal, State, and NYC Pregnancy Discrimination Laws," a panel discussion hosted by the NYSBA Committee on Equal Employment Opportunity Law.

Pregnancy discrimination made headlines this year with the passage of a New York City law requiring employers to reasonably accommodate their pregnant employees.  What does this really mean, and wasn't that already required by state or federal law?
