  • Do diverse boards make a difference in effective corporate governance? What does the evidence to date show and does that evidence vary by industry type?
  • Even if evidence shows that gender diversity may positively impact outcomes, what is the critical mass needed for diversity to make the difference? What are some strategies for achieving this critical mass?
  • Although evidence to date primarily focuses on the gender metric, what are the implications for other diversity metrics such as race and age?
