Mark Lutes, Member of the Firm, will present "Accountable Care Organizations and Alternatives" at the University of Texas 23rd Annual Health Law Conference, to be held from April 13 to 15. 

Mr. Lutes' session discusses the emerging regulation of accountable care organizations (ACOs) as Medicare Shared Savings Program contractors, salient legal issues relative to their operation, and the issues arising when they act in commercial insurance markets.
