Paul DeCamp, Member of the Firm, co-presents "Best Practices for Working with Government Agencies" as part of Understanding Employment Law 2025, a full-day program hosted by PLI.

This panel will provide practical guidance for working on employment law matters with the U.S. Department of Labor, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Nat, hional Labor Relations Board, as well as changes that may result from a new federal administration. After attending this session, attendees will be able to:

  • Understand the role the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of Labor and National Labor Relations Board play in employment law
  • Understand how the federal agencies operate and best practices when working with the agencies
  • Explore rulemaking and investigations by individual agencies
  • Understand current agencies’ enforcement priorities
  • Anticipate the effects a new administration may have on working with individual agencies
