Jack Wenik, Member of the Firm, will co-present "Recent Developments in Health Care Fraud and Abuse Investigations by the Department of Justice," a Health Care Compliance Association webinar.

This program will focus on significant policy developments, such as civil Qui Tam cases for criminal action and emphasis on individual liability, and the implications of recent enforcement actions on health care providers. Attendees will also learn strategies for compliance to prepare for enforcement activities and mitigate enterprise risks. Mr. Wenik will be joined by Jacob Elberg, Chief, Health Care & Government Fraud Unit, U.S. Attorney's Office, District of New Jersey.
