Paul DeCamp, Member of the Firm and co-chair of the firm’s national Wage and Hour practice group, presents testimony before the House Education and Labor Committee, Subcommittee on Workforce Protections, in a hearing entitled “Essential but Undervalued: Examining Workplace Protections for Domestic Workers.”
A former Administrator of the U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division, Mr. DeCamp was chosen to testify based on his prior government experience as well as his ongoing prominence in the field.
