Paul DeCamp, Member of the Firm and co-chair of the firm’s national Wage and Hour practice group, presents testimony before the United States House of Representatives, Committee on Education and the Workforce, Subcommittee on Workforce Protections, in a hearing entitled “Bad for Business: DOL’s Proposed Overtime Rule.”
As a former Administrator of the U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division, this will be Paul’s fourth time testifying in Congress in the past five years, helping to enhance Epstein Becker Green’s reputation as a thought leader in not only understanding the law but shaping it in directions beneficial to our clients.
