Evan Spelfogel and George Carroll Whipple, III, Members of the Firm, will speak at the NYU 69th Annual Conference on Labor: Arbitration and Mediation of Employment and Consumer Disputes, which runs from June 2 to 3.

On June 2, at 2:45 pm, Mr. Whipple will co-present a case study on Credit Suisse’s Employment Dispute Resolution Program.

On June 3, at 9:00 am, Mr. Spelfogel will co-present commentary following a keynote address presented by Hon. Lauren McFerran, Member of the NLRB.
