Stuart Gerson, Member of the Firm, will co-present two sessions at the NY Metro InfraGard Members Alliance 2016 Cyber Insurance Summit.
The New York City Metro InfraGard Members Alliance is part of a national network of FBI-vetted critical infrastructure professionals, which provides a trusted forum for the exchange of ideas, training, and skills in the information technology field. The 2016 Cyber Insurance Summit will provide an overview of cyber insurance and explain how insurance can aid organizations that face security risks. Mr. Gerson will first co-present "Regulations, Fines, and Coverage Implications," a session discussing the laws and regulations impacting cyber insurance. He will next co-lead "Table Top Exercise: How to Identify Gaps and Remedy Gaps Prior to an Event, What are the Consequences of Poor Communication When an Event Takes Place?" a training presentation regarding preparing for and improving the response to cyber threats.
