Emily Fogler, Member of the Firm, presents "Privacy Pile-Up: Making Sense of Multiple Frameworks for Research Participant Privacy and Data Protection" at the 2022 Hybrid IRB Conference, hosted by the Northwest Association for Biomedical Research (NWABR).

Recognizing the number of new people who have come into the field in the last two years, this conference allows for the consideration of changes that may be arising in the administration of human subjects’ trials as flexibilities that were applied to research during the pandemic come up for review.
